Short Essays, PS, CV, Resume

-Short Essays must be accompanied by a prompting question supplied by the university/company in the "Comment" section of the PDI submission form.
-Personal Statements do not require a prompting question. However, you may provide an optional 250 words.
-Curriculum Vitae (CV) and Resume are similar, but differ in length and amount of information. A CV is longer than a Resume and requires more information. Typically, USA uses Resumes while other nations use CVs.
- Remember, if your document exceeds the max word amount, add $5 per 1-250 words. If you do not add $5, we will only review the max amount and leave the rest unrevised.

How Long Does it Take?

-All documents not under Rush are returned after 48 hours.
-Rush Service is returned within 24-36 hours.

Document Revision Exchange Limit

Each basic revision purchase will receive a maximum of TWO exchanges. Additional exchanges will cost $18 per exchange. Additional exchanges are only for same document, and no new paragraphs are accepted unless prompted by PDI. **We suggest using our Consultation/Collaboration service rather than a third exchange.

Translation Service - Business Documents

Translation is currently offered for Chinese-->English and English-->Chinese. There is an extra fee of $7/page (avg. 500 English words for business documents only. Translation is an "add-on" to PDI's revision service and not typically a "stand-alone" service. **If you require translation, contact our PDI Virtual Help Desk

What are the Consultation/Collaboration Services?

-Instant Message Chat: IM chat with a PDI Pro over QQ or Skype for 60 minutes. Discuss any topics you wish. Send a list of questions for discussion via the submission form at least 24 hours in advance.
- Voice to Voice Chat: Talk with a PDI Pro over QQ or Skype for 60 minutes. You will need a microphone for this service. You can discuss any topics you wish. Send a list of questions for discussion via submission form at least 24 hours in advance.
- Simultaneous Edit: Talk with a PDI Pro over QQ or Skype while simultaneously editing your document (using a special editor online). You can learn the motivations of the editor's revisions and make immediate requests. Minimum of 60 minutes (90 minute average).
Please send your document and a list of questions you wish to discuss via submission form at least 24 hours in advance. (No extra charge if over 60 minutes)-Mock Interview: Prepare yourself for a university admission board interview orjob interview. We will ask you a series of questions for thirty minutes and record your answers. We will spend another 30 minutes reviewing your responses. minimum 60 minutes. Please provide name of university/company and program/department via submission form 24 hours in advance.

Requesting Consultation/Collaboration Sessions

Consultation / Collaboration Sessions are one-on-one, 60 Minute sessions with an English Speaking Professional. A session can be requested by sending a list of three preferred times to ProDocImpressions@gmail.comPlease give us at least 24 hours notice and a full description of the topic you wish to discuss. PDI used QQ, Skype, or MSN. Our PDI Virtual Help Desk can also help reserve a session.

Cancelling Consultation/Collaboration Sessions

PDI has a 36 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations can be sent to ProDocImpressions@gmail.com or to our PDI Virtual Help Desk while the help desk is open.
