Good Luck!

Click "Read More" to find two Resume Samples and recommendations below
How to write a Resume:

1.      Make your resume match the standards of the potential employer and/or university

2.      Quantify your accomplishments – Avoid listing job duties or responsibilities. Instead, use factual accomplishments (e.g. Achieved revenues of 20Million RMB by developing a new Point of Sale system)

3.      Never lie under any circumstances. Universities and employers will do background checks. In some cases they may not catch you, but if they find you lied on your resume after you are hired, they can fire and sue you

4.      Organize in order of relevance. Again, match your employers standards

5.      Use Buzzwords

6.      Keep it short!!! There is a difference between Resumes and CVs. Resumes ought to be one page, two pages max

7.      Limit your experience to 12-15 years (Does not apply to anyone under 30)

8.      Use a visually appealing Format

9.      Never over define yourself. This means never use too many qualifiers, as this can get confusing. (e.g. Developed, designed, implements, codified, registered, a new customer relationship software program). This will make you seem wordy and unclear

10.  PROOFREAD. At this point. We strongly suggest you allow us at PDI to revise your Resume. This is a very important document and you ought to take it as seriously as possible.
